well there's a couple of ways:
one is to use an image editing program like photoshop,paintshop,fireworks etc
or you could use www. imageshack.us which has an image resize function. Im not too sure if photobucket has that but it should xD

the back to basics one is rather good but i've found all western concerts are nothing compared to the asian ones.
